TODAY...LETgo.LETGOD...TRUST

Yey....i actually got around to doing a blog for once. I've been meaning to get one started for a while but i've never got around to it. Finally, now here it is. TA-DA!.. mhmmm...anyways( little happy moment there...so proud of myself..haha)

Last night was Ignite. We had this open mic thing where people shared their God stories. It was awesome listening to them. One thing that was similiar between the people who shared was their choice to LET GO..AND LET GOD. I think so many people struggle with this.

Why can't we just let go of what we want and let God do what He wants? Why is it so difficult just to let go? Don't we trust HIM in what He says? What does He say?

Jeremiah 29:11 (one of my fav verses)

"For I know the plans I have for you," declares the LORD, "plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future."

Look @ that!! If we really do trust God why worry about the things to come? why worry about the future? He's got it all planned out!

Live in the moment. Live in the now!

Don't worry about what u need to do tomorrow or the days to come and don't live in the past.
